Fault diagnosis is the key section of analog circuit automatic test,and it is an important basis for assessing an automatic test system.The traditional fault diagnosis system has not shareable poor diagnostic knowledge and portable diagnosis module,so that the development efficiency of fault diagnosis system is difficult to improve.In order to realize the sharing of diagnostic knowledge and the portability of diagnostic modules,this paper uses the IEEE1232 standard to standardize the diagnostic data and diagnostic modules,and develops the standard fault diagnosis software,so that the diagnostic data and diagnostic modules can share and transplant between the systems that support the IEEE1232 standard.The fault diagnosis software developed in this paper has three parts: the automatic establishment module of the fault tree,the model file generation module and the fault reasoning module.First of all,based on in-depth analysis of the fault circuit,this paper adopts the method of automatic construction of fault tree system with small element fault tree,determine the top event and fault structure,using the database to establish small element fault tree,use the logical relationship between the fault components of the system to establish the whole system.The sharing of diagnostic data is achieved by converting diagnostic data into standard exchange files.The IEEE1232 standard specifies two file format standards for the swap file,namely,the ISO 10303-21:1994 standard and the ISO 10303-28:2007standard.In order to further realize the sharing of diagnosis knowledge,this paper implements two standard exchange formats.For fault diagnosis,according to the definition of the IEEE1232 standard for fault reasoning machine,this paper develop the fault reasoning module,use the exchange of documents in a standard format generated by the previous step,diagnose fault system,locate fault information.And the inference client program is developed to realize the interaction with the test environment.Finally,the fault diagnosis system is assembled into the automatic test system,and the system is verified by the artificial fault circuit.Through verification,it is found that the system developed in this paper can correctly establish the fault tree diagram of the system,generate effective exchange files,and use fault reasoning module to locate thefault information successfully.Each functional part of the fault diagnosis has reached the expected goal.
