Nowadays,with the development of science and widespread application of high-tech,the development of electronic equipment is more and more advanced.In the mean time,the electromagnetic threat is also becoming prominent.The EMC performance of electronic equipment has.become a major factor restricting its normal operation and function.Therefore,how to diagnose EMC fault of electronic equipment effectively is an important and urgent topic.In this paper,by using the Fault Tree Analysis,and the Dynamic Fault Tree is maked up for the traditional Fault Tree which can't describe the lack of system dynamic failure mode,establishing the Fault Tree of electronic equipments which hace EMC fault.And using the Fault Tree qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic equipment is obtained in fault fast locating.A temperature and pressure sensor amounted on the board oxygen tank is selected,in order to find its EMC falut.By studying its structure,working principle,and working,three elements of EMC are found.Establish the Fault Tree of temperature and pressure sensor step by step.And make it an organic combination of analysis.First,make a analusis of Dynamic Fault Tree which contains said sensor failure mode of core body cold spare parts door,make qualitative and quantitative analysis of the failure mode and failure probability.After getting the result,continue to analyses results into overall in the Fault Tree.Through qualitative analysis to get all 150 minimum cut sets of the Fault Tree.And through quantitative analysis of sensor EMC Fault Tree to get the top event probability,and a calculation is made on the importance of minimum cut sets.Finally,according to the importance of minimum cut sets,temperature pressure sensor has a priority of troubleshooting and failure mode determining,which improves the efficiency of fault diagnosis.This paper makes a Fault Tree Analysis of DC voltage protector,which has EMC fault.With the establishment of the Fault Tree,the traditional static logic gate system fault is used,along with dynamic logic gates in priority and door said protector internal protection circuit and protection circuit of dynamic failure relations.Then qualitative analysis is used to get all 200 minimum cut sets of the Fault Tree.And the quantitative analysis is used to get failure probability and the importance of minimum cut sets.Combined with the research and discussion on the importance degree of the minimum cut set and the size ordering,the field fault testing and searching are carried out.In this paper,Fault Ttree Analysis,an important method of safety system engineering,is applied to EMC fault analysis of electronic equipment.According to the actual results verify the feasibility of method for searching the faults.Paper provides a reliable theoretical basis and analysis method for EMC fault of devices diagnosis analysis.
