Study On The Construction Of Archives Disaster Risk Control Mechanism

Archives are the wealth of human society,and the preservation of archives is directly related to the inheritance of a country's economic,cultural and historical traditions.Nowadays,with the escalation of contradictions between human beings and nature,natural disasters occur frequently,and their threat to human society is increasing day by day.The conflicts among human beings are becoming more and more intense,and the man-made disasters are affecting social development.For archives,the impact of disasters is enormous.For archival work,the risk of file disaster exists at all times.The research of risk control is the basis of archives disaster management and disaster reduction.The main content of this paper is to archive disaster risk as the research object,combined with the theory of risk management,system construction of archives disaster risk control mechanism,to provide practical reference and theoretical basis for the risk of disaster risk management archives archives department in control activities.The thesis consists of five main parts.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the related concepts and research areas of this paper.Then,on the basis of combing and summarizing the existing literature at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the current situation of the research on the risk control of archives disaster in the academic field of archives.Finally,it explains the purpose of this topic,the theory,the practical significance and the lack of innovation.The second part describes the construction principle and significance of the risk control mechanism of archives disaster.First of all,it points out the principles of mechanism construction-operability principle,system association principle and dynamic operation principle.Then,it expounds the significance of the construction of the mechanism,which plays an important role in the smooth development of the risk management of the archives disaster,and is conducive to the realization of the goal of file disaster prevention and control.The third part combines the file risk control mechanism,task content,construction mechanism model.First of all,the factors of mechanism composition are analyzed,and the combination factors are induced and integrated into the model module.Then,theassociation between modules is further analyzed,and a dynamic structure model with mutual influence is formed.The fourth part of the file disaster risk control mechanism model design.First of all,the whole mechanism model files,disaster risk control background and risk indicators are expounded.Then,combining the elements of archives disaster,the primary and secondary control mechanism of risk control of archives disaster is established.Finally,the applicability of the mechanism structure model is illustrated by case study of water disaster in archives.
