Analysis Of Archives Information Security System Based On Enterprise Risk Control

With speeding up of the integration of world economy and the informatization process of social resources, the basic and global functions of enterprise archives and information system gain increasing importance. On the one hand, the archives information system based on network technology makes development and utilization of enterprise archives resources to a larger extent; on the other hand, during such process, the security problems have become increasingly apparent due to human factors, environmental factors, technical factors and equipment factors. Firstly, enterprise archives information security problems will lead to various kinds of risks and bring incalculable economic loss to enterprise, which runs counter to the goal of the enterprise. Secondly, the lack of enterprise archives information security management is contrary to establishing a scientifically-managed modern enterprise system featuring clear property rights, well-defined power and responsibility as well as separation of government functions and enterprise management. Finally, since2003, China has begun to gradually promote classified protection of information system security and risk assessment, which demands establishing an enterprise archives information security system based on enterprise risk control. Therefore, great importance must be attached to enterprise archives information security guarantee system problems. The author has made a thorough exploration and analysis of the archives information security guarantee system based on the enterprise risk control:Firstly,this paper summarizes the enterprise archives information security guarantee system with respects to the control of enterprise risk, the connotation of system construction, the progress of system construction, the target of system construction; Secondly, this paper expounds the current problems we are facing from the view of enterprise risk management culture including weak awareness of safety, lack of institutions and system, imbalance of management and technology and so on, which is analyzed and argued with actual cases; Finally, this paper comprehensively illustrates the archives information security guarantee system based on the enterprise risk control with respects to management measures, technology measures and system measures. Highlight of this paper is the combination of case analysis and theory discussion, tried to overcome the lack of cohesion between theory and practice, on the one hand, it deeply summarizes and discusses the archives information security guarantee system based on the enterprise risk control on the tier of theory; on the other hand, it profoundly discusses the importance and necessity of the enterprise archives information security by experience summary and case analysis based on practice. It focuses on how to combine theoretical discussion with actual demand of enterprise.
