Research On The Application Of Agile Development Methods In The Integrated Management System Of Employment Service

In traditional software development process,a software development project was executed in accordance with the strict sequence from top to down,and this kind of method refused to change after planning was completed,so it unable to adapt to the situation when the software development process need to change,and the detailed requirement document via customer confirmation in the early stage of development,then using contract to “ freezing demand ”,so when customer need change demand(additions or changes)in the end of development,we need supplement the contract.However,a one-time mining and accurately identify all needs of customers in the actual development process is clearly unrealistic.In order to solve the low efficiency of system development and the change of demand,agile development method arises at the historic moment.Agile development methods based on the close teamwork,continuous user participation and feedback,it can effective response to rapidly changing demand and rapid iteration of delivering high quality software;At the same time,it properly keep the basic framework of software development process: user communication,planning,designing,building,delivery and evaluation.In this thesis,based on the development of Xi'an graduates employment service integrated management system as the research background,we proposed traditional software method combine with agile software development method based on past experience in the development of this laboratory software projects,then we practice it in this system development and do some research on it.First of all,we introduced agile development method of the domestic and foreign research status,principles and methods,then we combined Scrum,extreme programming and Open UP the three commonly used agile development frame,and summarized the agile approach which suitable for the system development.Secondly,based on the use case driven,using unified modeling language as visual requirement description method of the system.In the system overall design phase,agile development method to be used as a system of project planning guidelines,using mature.NET three-tier architecture as the system of technical framework for the design of the system;Finally,completing the work of the development of the system successfully.Through this successful practice of agile development in the system demonstrates that during the implementation of agile development team,we should be applied flexibly according to actual condition,choosing appropriate methods of practice in your team,so that the project is developed to obtain the greatest success.
