The Design and development of Graduate Employment Information ManagementSystem for Cheng Du Vocational College of Agricultural Science and Technology is torelease the manager from the statistics of heavy, complete the graduate employmentmanagement efficiency, and increase the employment rate and quality of service.System development from the demand analysis designing to final completion andsuccessful operation of the system, which is based on the full investigation and personalexperience and application the related technologies and theory of software engineering.This system is willing to adopt B/S structure that is based on the platform ofcampus network and the Internet network, in order to deploy conveniently, distributedata processing efficiently and have the advantages of safety, convenient, practical. Thisarticle is mainly focus on the following several aspects to discuss:Firstly, author introduces and studies deeply the related theory and technology ofthe Web development intend to provides the theory support for the completion of system.The main research of this thesis is current popular webpage developmenttechnology,.NET technology, JSP technology and database access technology, andanalysis the technical route for the system development.Secondly, I have been worked in the office of enrollment and employment inCheng Du Vocational College of Agricultural Science and Technology, also understoodthe graduates’ employment situation, the employment process, the needs of employersand graduates demand, therefore the stage of requirement analysis and preliminarydesign can be completed smoothly, which laid the foundation for the successfuldevelopment of the system. This part of contents mainly involves the Functionalrequirements, non-functional requirements, gives some use case diagrams of modules,which describes the situation of technical architecture design, interface design andException handling design.Thirdly, the author study on the database access technology and make detaileddesign of key modules which contains precious data inputting module, the allocation ofauthority management module, the employment unit data management module and thegraduate information management module. System uses traditional three layer structuremode: data processing layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. Finally, this paper introduced the software testing technology in order to improvethe reliability and safety of the system, and complete the system deployed on campusofficially and put into operation.The significance of this paper both for the school decision makers, managers andemployers, graduates are of vital importance, it can provide convincing data for the user,provide the basis for the school leadership decision-making, can raise the employmentrate of graduates, to improve the level and efficiency of employment managementschool, lower operating costs, can solve the problems existing in the employment ofgraduates in time.
