Design And Implementation Of Online Job Vacancy System For Students Career Service In Higher Educations

As information technology and campus network develops,informatization and digitalizaiton have recently attracted more and more attention from higher education administration,of which online recruiting management system under students career service is an important component.With the increasing scale of national higher education which resulted in a bombing figure of graduates every year,student career service faces extended working periods,growing number of participants from different organizations and doubtlessly huge amount of data.The traditional administration practice can neither meet the demand of efficiency,especially in communication between students and administrator,nor the requirements of a consistent development of administration.Thus it is very meaningful to develop a system bridging students,employers and university staff together,and being able to track down the whole recruiting process,because it helps to improve the administrative efficiency and to relieve university staff from unnecessary work.This thesis,based on student career service at an university in southwest China,discusses the importance and necessity of the recruiting information management system after reviewing present status of recruiting management systems at universities both home and abroad.Then it uses UML to design dynamic modeling and deployment of recruitment process on basis of the former service flow.After conducting in detailed demand-analysis,it designs the general architecture,the functional modeling and the database.It partially presents the interface and coding of the system,and conducted Black Box Testing.After that it illustrates the drawback of the testing process.By summarizing the whole research,it discusses the possible improvement and progress to be made in future.
