Design And Implementation Of Employment Management System Based On B/S

In recent years,with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,college graduates employment situation has become increasingly serious,has become the focus of the society from all walks of life.Colleges and universities as the main responsibility of graduate employment work units,bear the huge pressure of work.How to help graduates to understand the employment policy,provide demand information in a timely and effective manner,targeted to provide employment guidance and consulting;How to help the unit recruit suitable graduates,school to set up a good social reputation;How to recruitment firm on the basis of the idea of graduates looking for jobs,and the employment demands mining useful information,to make the school has a guiding significance to the decision,the information presented to employment work in colleges and universities an urgent requirement.Carding employment work content and process on the basis of the papers of the college graduates employment has carried on the comprehensive management system needs analysis,proposed the university employment management department,faculty employment management departments,teachers,graduates and employers,etc.5kinds of users in different functional requirements.The unified modeling language(uml)on the system modeling analysis,related features of use case diagram is given.On this basis,by PHP development language,MYSQL backend database,using B/S three layer architecture implements the job management system.Paper discusses the employment of university graduates management service system,not only can improve the efficiency and quality of graduate employment,meet the recruitment needs of unit of choose and employ persons,but also for the school,such as statistics,analysis and decision-making management to provide strong support.
