The Design And Implementation Of IT Service Management System For Commercial Banks

With the development of information technology,more and more complex information system contains hardware and software resources,commercial Banks how to these resources for effective management,control and maintenance,realizes the business requirements and the close together union of IT systems,enhance the reliability of the IT system,and become an important subject in the research of the IT department.Positive,active,effective and comprehensive IT management is fundamental to achieve enterprise information.Therefore,it decides to design and implement of the IT service management system for commercial Banks.IT service management system using open source software in the B/S architecture of J2EE development mode,the J2EE architecture is divided into three levels namely the presentation layer,business logic layer and data persistence layer,using the Oracle database 11g.Three layers respectively by Struts,Spring,Mybatis open source framework together.Outer will encapsulate these three frameworks,formed the G4 framework and the corresponding permissions system and database structure.We use the presentation EXTJS3.X rich client technology for the system.IT service management of commercial bank needs to be done incident,problem,change,configuration and knowledge base is part of the business process,and this thesis describes the problem in detail the function of management and change management.Problem management,mainly by the applicant,problems,problems dealing with people finish IT service management in the commercial bank of application,identification and dispatching,develop solutions,scheme confirm,implement,closing,cancel the operation.The change management,will need to be approved by the applicant,change to execution,change the approver,change management office,the committee changes in the IT service management in the commercial bank to confirm application,implementation,verification,shut down,back,and apply for examination and approval,change the examination and approval,the committee for examination and approval,and so on.IT service management system is a set of effective system management method and system specification of the application of the IT management process,the weak link in IT system solution measures are put forward,the implementation of the information resources focused,comprehensive and effective management and monitoring,to improve the efficiency of the enterprise,improve the quality of IT services and to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.This system only with the enterprise mail system and integration of mobile phone short message system,the next step is to solve and IT resources monitoring platform,network monitoring platform,online banking monitoring platform integration problems.Now enterprise business has become more and more frequent,mobile office is the next step needing to be solved in liberated from the constraints of time and in place.
