IT Infrastructure Environment Resource Management System Of Commercial Bank Base On ITIL

The contest in banking industry becomes fiercer day by day under the background of economic globalization, while opening and competition become the mainstream of the international finance. To establish itself in an unassailable position and keep on moving in the fierce competitive market, the commercial bank needs to expedite its financial innovation, speed up its technical innovation and improve its core competence. As the development of the information system, the commercial bank is much more depending on the information technology which plays an important even fundamental role in the operation flow of the enterprise. As the rapid progression of the information technology in banking industry, the operation flows of the commercial bank are much more depending on the IT system which become essential to the banking business after the centralization of operation data.The purpose of this paper is to analysis the characteristic as well as the existing problem of the IT system in commercial bank, demonstrate the possibility of the core management IT system in the technical and economical aspects, predict and evaluate the cost of the IT system and the benefits it brings after putting into practise. It focuses on the possibility of the core IT system which based on the ITIL (IT service management standard ) theory, meanwhile the construction of the service-oriented fundamental resource management system, based on the actuality of the IT system and the operation in commercial bank. It puts modules such as management of resource plan, management of the computer system resource, management of report forms, management of resource collocation, management of approving flow and management of the maintenance work in the IT system, as well as the disposal of the abnormity. The conclusion is made basing on the ITIL theory as well as the expectation, which will make a foundation for the improvement of the IT system in the future.
