The Research On Reform Performance Evaluation Of Fuzhou Radio And Television

China has initiated a new round of cultural reform since the opening of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The 5th Plenary Session of the 18th National Congress of CPC has once again put forward the requirements of comprehensively deepening and improving the driving force of reform,which marks the transformation of China's radio and television industry has entered a critical stage.Fuzhou Radio and Television station has occupies an important position in the development history of TV industry in Fujian as well as in China since its inception.Despite its ever-increasing popularity and impact,it is facing fierce competition from CCTV and other major TV stations,as well as mounting pressure to compete against emerging media such as Internet.How to reform and break through the bottleneck of development should be placed as the priority for Fuzhou radio and television station.Based on the review and analysis of the reform process of Fuzhou Radio and Television station,this paper studies and evaluates the performance evaluation index system of the reform.Through data collection and field investigation,the performance of reform conducted in Fuzhou radio and television stations is evaluated and studied.This paper employs induction,analysis and questionnaire to analyze the reform and development of Fuzhou Radio and Television station.The introduction part expounds the current research situation at home and abroad,research background and significance,basic ideas and research methods.The second chapter explains the related concepts and theoretical basis.The rest of the paper are divided into the following three parts:Firstly,the index system of performance evaluation of reform and development of Fuzhou radio and television station is constructed.Secondly,the performance evaluation of Fuzhou radio and television system reform is analyzed empirically.Finally,recommendation on how to deepen the reform are put forth.
