Research And Application Of Machine Learning In The Public Security Integrated Services System

With the rapid advancement of Internet and big data technology,various industry data is growing quickly.As one of the most valuable data in various industry,the police big data has been paid more and more attention.For the hidden and valuable information analysis,most researchers usually analysed police data by experienced methods or the statistical analysis strategies,which are more effective for small-scale data scenarios and don`t guarantee the accuracy and performance of model in police big data scene.Based on machine learning and police data,it proposed association rule speed-up structure of police data based on the similarity between the groups and association analysis parallel model for police case,and researched and realized association analysis system for police case.The main contents of the study were as follows:1.The establishment of association rule speed-up structure of police data based on the similarity between the groups: the effects of structure are obvious in speed aspect for the association algorithm running on it.Based on clustering strategy,it proposed the inter group similarity strategy instead of original inserting method of one by one,which reduced computing times in data shuffling process and shorten the process of building structure before ensuring the acceleration effectively.The experimental results show the structure can efficiently improve the police association analysis model.2.The establishment of association analysis model for police case: we analysed the characteristics of police case data and the business of cases analysis of police to propose the BCPM algorithm of cases analysis in police,which integrates the ABBM algorithm based on Boolean matrix and the relativeness model in association rules,which can improve the accuracy and performance of the original.The experimental results show that the model can effectively accelerate the process of case association analysis and improve the quality of rules found in police system.3.The design and development of the analysis system of police cases : the system is designed bases on Hadoop and Spark distributed computing platform,which collect and transfer data from oracle database to Hadoop File System,and combined association rule speed-up structure of police data based on the similarity between the groups and association analysis BCPM model for police case.The files is stored in Hadoop File System.Meanwhile,it provides the interface of visualized result and has very high practical value in the actual test.
