The Application Of Data Mining In The Railway Police Information System

With the promoting of "The Belt and Road" strategy and coming of "high-speed rail era",railway security administration and the safety of railway become important areas which related to popular social concern and the vital interests of the public.In order to maintain the stability of railway and improve public security system,using massive data analysis and mining technology to prevent and reduce the crime of railway has gradually become an important direction of the current research on railway police information technology.According to the characteristics and laws of railway crime,the data mining method is used to study the railway crime early-warning and crime pattern recognition in this paper.For the crime early-warning problem,decision tree algorithms are used to judge a crime suspect.A classification framework of early warning analysis is established,and the real data set of railway security was tested.The effectiveness of the crime early-warning analysis is verified by experimental results on the accuracy,the average running time,etc.The frequent pattern of crime is identified by using association mining algorithm,which is conducive to the investigation and discovering of the suspect.Based on police data sets,the running times of the algorithm under different conditions were compared.The experimental results show that the correlation analysis has certain advantages in eff-iciency.Finally,the data mining system of railway crime case is designed and implemented,which includes early-warning analysis,correlation analysis,statistics and other modules,and the experiment verification on rationality of mining system through the early-warning and correlation analysis algorithm.Experiments and analysis show that:the use of data mining technology and railway police information system enhances ability of the crime early-warning and crime pattern inference,while makes more effective in curbing the occurrence of new criminal behavior.Moreover,the research has certain guidance and reference for the construction and innovation of police information system.
