Research And Development Of Police Big Data System And Crime Prediction Software

With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, the rapid increase of floating population, the public security problem is more and more serious, the frequency of crime is getting higher and higher. Although the public security organs of information technology construction increased year by year, the internal accumulation of a large number of business data, but most of these data only applies to the query, statistics, can not adapt to the current police work large data management and crime analysis forecast demand. In order to solve these problems, this paper has researched and developed the police data system.In the process of research and development, the author analyzes the shortcomings of traditional crime analysis and forecasting technology, and puts forward the crime forecasting model and algorithm based on large data technology. This paper studies the preprocessing method of large data of police, based on the data storage technology of distributed file system HDFS and relational database. This paper studies the composition, core idea, working principle,platform construction and application system development method of the famous large data parallel processing framework.On the basis of the theory and technology research,based on the Spark large data frame development, the police large data prototype system is realized. The system mainly includes crime prediction, police data query, police decision support, data storage and management software modules. The crime prediction module is based on the Spark MLlib library, and uses the algorithm of decision tree algorithm,clustering algorithm and association rule to generate the model of the analysis and forecasting algorithm, and the prediction of the biggest suspects and crime hotspots of crime and the results,For the public security personnel to provide assistance. Police data query mainly to achieve the past case inquiries and missed cases inquiries. The policing decision support module assists the public security personnel to carry out police deployment and police resource inquiry according to the result of the crime forecast.Although the research and development of the police data system is a prototype system,but for the large data technology in the police work in the practical application of a meaningful exploration, will improve our police system to detect the efficiency and automation level Play a positive role in promoting.
