Design And Implementation For Public Security Police Surveillance Management System

The traditional policing management work is focus on how to crack down on illegal and criminal behaviors. Therefore, most of information technology innovation and application is used in the case of reconnaissance methods. At present, in most parts of our country, has formed a wide coverage of the public security police networks. In the network, effectively combat the illegal and criminal behavior through the video monitoring and other hardware devices, combined with the public security police information network application software. But there is still having some shortcomings and deficiencies in the cases of police officers to deal with work regulation. In this thesis, design and Implement a public security police surveillance management system according to the actual situation of the public security police administration as well as the problems. It resolved the related existing problems in the public security police and supervision management through the deployment of the system and application and realized the information of public security organs case management. Mainly works as follows:(1) Completed the design and implementation for case filing management function, mainly including the information recorded and filing case application.(2) Completed the design and implementation for case handle function, mainly including the case organization, case report stage and case closed.(3) Completed the design and implementation for case check management function, mainly including the check of case application, case handle and case closed.(4) Completed the design and implementation for case progress supervise function, mainly including the case progress query and case supervisory management function.System design used the information technology and methods according to the problems the existing in the management of case law enforcement. In thesis, design an automatic classification, storage, and information management scheme in order to carry on the scientific information management and maintenance of the public security police. According to the problems existing in the management of law enforcement and business processing workflow, presented he solution for information management and achieved the system development and implementation.In this thesis, the system design used JSP + Servlet + JavaBean technology and implemented based on B/S mode. Used Oracle 11 g database to complete the data storage and maintenance and the overall design conformed to the standard process of software development, including the user needs analysis, overall design, system function realization process, and finally finished the test and analysis of the system. The test results show that: design and development of the public security police surveillance management system has met the demand of the user on the function and the response delay on the performance of practical application needs, which can be put into the supervisory management of police work.
