Police Intelligence Information System Based On Data Mining Technology To Build Applications

Nowadays,along with the full implementation of"Golden Shield Project"(Public security communication network and computer information system construction),public security organs integrated various police information resources and then accumulated the huge data of the police affairs. But all operating information system only have these function which reflect specific business requirements such as add,delete,edit,require and so on.Its are insufficient function of comprehensive analysis and deep exploration.Meanwhile,criminal activity appears with the features of type diversification, intelligent forms, group crime and other mode etc. What is said above has urgently data mining technology applied in information analysis of the police affairs.It can strengthen the rapid response capability of public security organs,raise law-enforcement efficiency of police and severely deal with all kinds of crimes.This paper first discussed the data mining technology.Secondly,based on introducing the intelligence of the police affairs, this paper elaborated in detail analytical approach of illegal persons information based on the data-mining algorithms such as ID3 classification,Apriori,k-focus cluster and so on.Finally, aimed at actual need and technological difficult point, this paper selected SQL Server business intelligence development studio as technical support and Visual C# 2008 as design tool to study and build information analysis model and system which is appropriate for police affairs.The police intelligent information system provided work flow which can integrate business data,build data warehouse,excavate information and demonstrate analytical result to analyse and extract valuable information from enormous police affairs data intelligently and offer a strong decision support for decision-maker.Therefore,police affairs pattern which core is information and intelligence will be constructed,which improve the mode of maintainning public order and promote the capacity of investigating and attacking crime. This pattern can improve application level of information and intelligence,promote decision-making capability of leadership and enhance actual combat capability of grass-roots police.So,it is provided with quite important significance.
