| The Border defence is to defend national sovereignty,territorial integrity and security.As the saying goes,because of its special geographical position the border is no small matter.It plays an important role in the national security strategy,the border is the frontier to resist foreign invasion,is a national security barrier,is channel to contacts with neighboring countries,is National image window.China has a vast territory and long land borders with 14 countries,which has about 22 thousand km.Due to historical reasons,there are still a large number of unresolved territories and territorial waters of the existing problems,the surrounding security environment is complex,there are a lot of instability and conflict in the border areas.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the construction of border defense and invests a lot of manpower and resources to construct the frontier.With the rapid development of border construction,construction of frontier defense information infrastructure has made great progress,how to make use of the information technology rapid,timely and efficient to complete emergency disposal of borderand frontier defense deployment,is still an urgent need to solve the problem in the work.This paper has analyzed deeply the the actual needs of the frontier work,aimed at the existing deficiencies of border control system.It is fusion using neural network to establish the early-warning model and using ArcGIS Enging technology to construct a Border Map Early Warning System on the.Net platform,which can display the digital map,access map data,forecast the border incident,assess damage and other functions.This paper focuses on BP neural network prediction on The border incident,video alarm,command and decision-making,border simulation and map data organization,processing interaction.It has obtained certain research results.System model by demonstrating the basic feasible,can effectively solve part of the problem of existing control methods. |
