In recent years,due to the continuous increase in the number of infectious diseases worldwide,only rely on incidence of disease for disease surveillance gradually appear more malpractice.This way can not meet people's demand for public health warning,so the researchers change disease surveillance into symptomatic monitoring.This new approach reflects more prevention advantages and gets more attention from the industry.(Because the data presented in this article relates to personal privacy,so the information involved individual and the area in this article is all replaced with "× ×" or "so and so".)The weather in the border area of our country is hot and humid,it is suitable for breeding of bacteria and lack of natural and artificial barriers.Special natural environment and social environment lead to frequent infectious diseases in border areas.How to check the number of patients and symptoms of the disease in the region daily and monthly in disease center at any time;report the latest epidemic information in a timely manner;solve quickly in the face of unexpected problems,these problems need the staff of the center of the disease to solve.In summary,the research topic of this paper--the research and implementation of the symptom monitoring and early warning system in the border area has strong application value and theoretical value.The project is to develop a set of "monitoring and early warning system in border area " for the border areas of our country,to replace the current business processes involved in the reporting of diseases in the border areas of our country.The application of the emergency monitoring system in the border area will not only improve the quality and efficiency of the public health emergency,but also improve the way of reporting the disease symptoms of medical institutions.It can solve the contradiction of symptoms information recorded by paper and the response of infectious diseases is not timely.So this system can improve the efficiency of predicting the outbreak of infectious diseases and achieve the modernization of symptom monitoring.The main work done in this paper is as follows:1.The demand analysis and overall design of the system.Based on the existing problems in the reporting of disease symptoms in the border areas of our country,on the one hand,this paper analyzes the business processes reported of the original disease symptoms,on the other hand,the paper analyzes the demand of the disease monitoring and early warning system in the border areas of the province.On the basis of the demand analysis,the overall structure of the system is designed,and the detailed design of the functional modules of the symptom monitoring and warning system in the border area is further analyzed.2.Implementation and testing of the system.On the basis of the overall design of the system,the system has been implemented,including the symptom report software of the android terminal,backstage management system of PC terminal.At the same time,some interface of the system is presented,and the system is popularized.Through the system testing and the proof of promotion of the use,we realize the system that meet the needs.3.The design of early warning model.According to the collected data,the BP neural network algorithm is used to design the early warning model for predicting the total number of all symptoms in the month according to the total number of monthly reporting.By comparing with actual reported number of symptoms,it can be proved that BP neural network early warning model is indeed feasible.
