The unified platform of the meteorological forecast and early warning is built on the Zhengzhou Meteorological Bureau's existing meteorological disaster monitoring,forecast and warning process and the distribution channel of meteorological forecast and warning.The completion of the platform will realize the automatic information release of the meteorological forecast and early warning in the existing distribution channels and will greatly improve the consistency and timeliness of the early warning information.The overall goal of the platform is to build a meteorological service data management system based on the data processing center,including conventional meteorological observation data,unconventional meteorological observation data,monitoring information,forecast analysis data,weather forecast and warning service products and so on;with the establishment and improvement of the distribution channel management system of the forecast and early warning,the system will be highly integrated with the existing process platform,achieve the fully automated forecast and early warning release,improve the advance forecast,and realize the unified and efficient forecast.The platform will collect and integrate the data observed from various types of automatic meteorological observation stations in the region,inter-connect with the forecast and warning service platform,synchronize the service of weather forecast and warning in real time,and establish the Zhengzhou meteorological service database.Meteorological service data interface is built on Zhengzhou meteorological service database.The platform can support real-time prediction and early warning function from Zhengzhou Meteorological Bureau's official website through data polling.With the development of interfaces of third parties such as micro-blog,WeChat and SMS,the platform can enable the data polling from Zhengzhou meteorological service data and ensure the consistency and timeliness of forecast and early warning.The system adopts B/S three tier architecture design based on practicability of business use.The design ideas of the system are elaborated in detail from the overall objectives and design principles of the system function,and built on structure of the main table in the meteorological service database.In the stage of system development and implementation,JAVA language is used to develop,and XML forms are used for information sharing and data exchange.Through the construction and implementation of the unified platform of the meteorological forecast and warning,it is proved that the platform can generally provide the solution in the weather forecast and early warning,and improve the accuracy and timeliness of the information release.
