With the rapid development of information technology and network technology,all kinds of information as a resource distributed in the network nodes,which makes information management from the traditional centralized management mode to the client/server model,the user operate Platform only through the browser,a variety of information is only used in the server-side processing,and presented in the client through the network,this model has a strong distribution,heterogeneity,automotive industry chain service platform as a one-to-many(A platform serve many users)Web application system,with a typical distribution,making a variety of resources in the network environment present a localized,decentralized features.Effective platform monitoring can enable managers understand the use of a variety of resources and provide a reasonable scheduling of these resources for a safe and stable working environment.The monitoring of the service platform of the automobile industry chain mainly includes two parts,namely the monitoring of the platform Web application situation and the monitoring of the server hardware resources.Platform Web application monitoring is presented through the log records,including Login log,Operation log,exception log,through the search of log records to ensure platform operation can be traced back,At the same time by mining business-related operational logging and Processing the data,ultimately make business process be tracking.An exception generated by the platform provides an alert service in the form of a message.All kinds of log records can be used as monitoring data to support and from different angles for statistical analysis.The platform application can be displayed in a graphical way,Making platform administrator timely scheduling of related resources to improve the stability of the platform.Server hardware resource monitoring is to monitor the use of the cluster of the automotive industry chain server,including the use of servers' CPU,servers'memory,servers' hard disk(C drive,D drive),Through the way of the alarm service,the platform administrator can discover and deal with the potential risks of the system in time.Based on the after-sales service platform of automobile industry chain,this paper firstly gives a brief overview of the function and physical structure of the service platform of automobile industry chain,then analyzes the function and non-function of the service platform and finally obtains a reasonable solution.In this paper,the monitoring data collection based on Microsoft related components is implemented,and the logging component Log4net is used to collect the log records.The log records can be configured flexibly to improve the performance of log processing.The hardware resource acquisition component WMI(Windows Management Instrumentation)is used to collect real-time monitoring of server hardware resources and data collection.Through the server monitoring data collection,platform administrators can monitor the data platform for statistical analysisAt last,the functions of the designed system monitoring module are tested.
