Research And Development Of Multi-index Self-defined Evaluation System For Automobile Industry Chain Based On SaaS Platform

Optimal management of the industry chain is the key factor to promote the market competitiveness of enterprises and whole industry chain. This article focuses on the research and development of multi-index self-defined evaluation system for automobile industry chain based on SaaS platform which is intended for various enterprise alliances on the technical innovation and service platform of auto parts industry chain, to realize that various enterprise alliances on the platform pass the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) evaluation index system defined by the leader enterprises of the alliances, to achieve management and evaluation to allied enterprises of the industry chain, to satisfy distinctive evaluation needs of enterprises, finally achieve the aim to "constantly optimize the industrial chain and improve the market competitiveness of whole industry chain" set by enterprises.In this article, firstly the SaaS (Software as a Service) platform and the research situation related to the industry chain at home and abroad are analyzed; then, the importance of selection of allied members and evaluation of partners, and the existing problems and system requirements involved in the evaluation of various enterprises on the SaaS platform are deep analyzed, so that the overall solution of "multi-index self-definition" is provided; next, the system design of multi-index self-defined evaluation system for automobile industry chain based on SaaS platform is discussed, including design of system architecture, systemic function, system database, index extraction and computation realization; also, several common evaluation algorithms are researched and contrasted, so the FAHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) is selected as the evaluation algorithm and the algorithm design is completed; finally, research and development of Multi-index Self-defined Evaluation System for Automobile Industry Chain is realized by coding. It have gave a big support on the the development and optimization of the platform.
