Research And Implementation Of The Spareparts Cooperative Logistics System Based On Automobile Industry Chain

In recent years, China’s national economy has developed rapidly and stably, driving the demand for logistics growing fast, but also put forward higher request. Especially the automobile, as the pillar industry of our country’s economic, with the introduction of the mode of pulling production as order、JIT, and the transport characteristics of multi-batch but small volume under the supply chain environment, all of these have put forward strict requirements for the automobile logistics’timeliness. Rely on the professional and high-quality service, the Third-Part Logistics has obtained rapid development.But the Third-Part Logistics enterprises in our country are most transformed from the traditional warehousing or transportation firm, they generally with small scale, lower information level. In intense international competitions, the higher cost and delay of information transferring have become the bottleneck for the Third-Part Logistics’development. Then through effective management to improve the efficiency of the logistics has become the urgent problem for the automobile enterprises to solve.Firstly this paper conducts research on the advantages and the current development of the Third-Part Logistics management system, then analyzing the existing problems based on the automobile logistics management condition. After that through the analysis of the characteristics of the spare parts logistics and transport which under the supply chain environment and the cooperation business relations between enterprises, puts forward the whole system solution which based on the automobile industry chain public service platform, and makes detailed demand analysis aimed at the four main functional modules as Carriers Management、Vehicle Scheduling、Discharge Management and Logistics Resource Management which involved in the course of spare parts logistics; Besides, based on the goal of systematic and scientific, paper constructs evaluation index system aimed at the third party logistics transportation enterprises, fulfilling the application and realization, which adopting the combination algorithm of AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy comprehensive judgement. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of system business process and case modeling, paper accomplishes the detailed design about the system architecture and the main function modules, then makes the design for the concept model and logical model of database, and applies timing diagram to introduce the system implementation process.Spare parts collaboration logistics system which relies on the automobile industry chain public service platform, realizes the integrated management of the spare parts logistics information between the inter-enterprise on supply chain, provides a stable platform for the communication of logistics information, and through the inter-enterprise collaborative business operation, strengthens the data pass, enforces the information sharing, improves the logistics efficiency.
