In the information age, the information level of Chinese automotive aftermarket still fall behind compared with the developed countries. This is mainly reflected in the poor collaborative between upstream and downstream of the enterprises in automotive chain.The low information integration between different systems within the enterprise is the other reason. Some strong automobile manufacturing companies use network technology to set up their own after-sales service management platform. For many small and medium-sized automobile manufacturing enterprises, they simply do not have enough strength to achieve and maintain such a system. More and more small and medium-sized enterprises hope that the service management can be provided as third-party platform to be recognized and selected. Companies simply pay cheap rent costs, and then they can use the platform according to their needs, so that they can improve the level of enterprise information and the quality of after-sales service without too high cost.Firstly, the Present Situation of the aftermarket parts industry as a whole is analyzed, and then a more concrete analysis of Present Situation for a specific factory is given. After careful analysis, the problems of the Present Situation are summarized. Then give the analysis of the automotive industry chain collaboration platform based on SaaS model. Demands of aftermarket parts’ collaborative system are analyzed as a sub-function configured on the platform alone. In the demand analysis part, sub-module business collaboration diagram and use case model of the management system are given.Then based on the demands analysis, the total solution of the system, collaborative automotive aftermarket parts management system based on SaaS automobile industry chain platform is given, and also software architecture of the system design and function structural design. Then by the Rational Rose tool the thesis analyze and design the static structural model and the dynamic structure model of the main function according to the requirements of use cases in UML. And then detailed design of the collaborative data exchange is given.Followed by, the database design of collaborative automotive aftermarket parts management system based on SaaS automobile industry chain platform is given. ER diagram of a conceptual model of the database design is given. And then the design of a logic model based on the conceptual model was given, using Power Designer tool, which can eventually convert the logic model to SQL script to generate the database table.In the end, several important functional module is Described in detail.
