This article closely related to museology,marketing theory,how to use market mechanisms to build a Museum in core products for studies.Based on literature review,questionnaires,interviews,combined with audience behaviors study,the Museum building in a complete market.Firstly,market survey,a case study of Taizhou City Museum,market segments,identifying target markets,market forecasts,then consider factors influencing the audience impact of decisions,and try to perform SWOT analysis.Second most of the article is to evaluate the Museum,divided into expert assessment and audience assessment,assess us and three stages of planning,implementation and summation of the exhibition.Finally,according to the results of the assessment,secondary adjustments to the Museum products,thereby activating the product life cycle.
