| The domestic competition of software products is fierce.And competition compress mainly come from US software product manufactures.The software products from domestic manufactures will be eliminated if domestic manufactures could not actively participate in international competition.Facing current software product market,product quality and release rate have become an important factor.It is the first question to face and solve that how to quickly catch up international manufactures on the product quality and release rate.There are many problems in project management of software products to domestic manufactures.It is difficult to meet competition requirements.In this paper,the combination of software product project type,project organization structure and software development model is proposed regarding market competition and project management problems.And the combination is trying to be used to solve problems of product quality and release rate.Hope the combination application to enhance the competitiveness of software products from domestic manufactures.This study based on software product project types,through analysis to characteristics of project types,find out the appropriate project organization structure and software development model.The project performance will be improved by application the combination.Finally a project instance explained application process and method of combinations.The study hopes to help product development managers and project managers as a theoretical and practical reference. |
