Chickens' health and production performance are closely related to henhouse environment.The study showed that the henhouse temperature and humidity,the concentration of CO2 and ammonia concentration have the greatest impacts on the chickens,and are also closely related to the growth status of broilers and the laying rate of layers.Through the analysis of the current situation of the henhouse environment monitoring system at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of closed henhouse,based on the further study of relevant theoretical knowledge and the technology of software and hardware development.The system based on the mixed construction was designed combined with wireless sensor networks technology,visualization application software development technology,Java Web development technology,computer network communication technology and so on,to realize the monitoring and management of the henhouse temperature and humidity,the concentration of CO2 and ammonia concentration,taking into account the needs of LAN and WAN.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The design of wireless transmission protocol based on Modbus protocol:In order to unify the format of data transmission in the system,data frames were designed based on Modbus protocol.CRC check was used to ensure the accuracy of data transmission.At the same time it would improve the efficiency of data processing in different modules and enhance its instantaneity.(2)The design of henhouse environment collection equipment based on wireless sensor networks:STM32 was used as the core,to realize the data acquisition of the temperature and humidity,CO2 and ammonia concentration.The RF module UTC-4432B1 was used to realize wireless data transmission.The gateway used S3C6410 processor and transplanted Android operating system.The visualization application was developed based on the serial operation,which was responsible for sending,receiving and processing the command acquisition of environmental parameters,real time display at the same time forwarding accurate data to the center server.(3)The realization of environmental parameters data transmission protocol based on loss recovery strategy:Aimed at the problem of data packet loss,environmental parameters data transmission protocol was designed based on loss recovery strategy.Acquisition node realized loss detection and retransmission by programming,and had improved reliability of the environmental parameters' transmit,and also reduced the packet loss rate,and achieved reliable acquisition.(4)The design of field monitoring system:It was designed based on VC++ 6.0,and analyzed datas by the wireless transmission protocol,and achieved the functions of environmental parameters processing,storage and overrun messagealarm.In view of the existing wireless sensor network data duplication,duplication of data filtering scheme was proposed based on the identification of time,effectively filtering the duplicate data,and had improved the reliability of the system.Aimed at solving the problem of missing data in the system,missing data online fill was put forward based on correlation-fill method,to estimate the missing data and store them into the database,it had improved the integrity of system data.At the same time in order to realize the functions of equipment state synchronization and equipment control,the method of database query was proposed.It had improved the security of the system.(5)The design of Web remote monitoring system:It was developed based on Java Web technology.Using free software of peanut shell to provide domain name resolution service,then the users can access the Web by domain when they do not know the server's IP,to improve the practicability of the system.In order to realize remote access of the smart devices,using adaptive page design,and eliminated the restrictions for smart device screen resolution,and achieved better display effect.It had improved the ability of cross platform system,and realized the mobile monitoring.(6)The realization of video monitoring:IP network camera was used to realize video monitoring,connected with the central server through a wireless router,to avoid the trouble of wiring,integrated designed with the Web system by frameset frame,to determine the type of access equipment automatic video surveillance of the different pages,convenient for different devices to remote access easily.The field trials are conducted in the farm,the results show that the system is stable and reliable,the wireless transmission of the packet loss rate is small,remote users can ues the PC or smart devices browser to visit,has realized the anticipated functions,and meet the actual production requirements.
