The environmental control of the henhouse has always been the layer producers of concern. Layers going-to-scale, high-density and closed henhouse environment have a negative impact on production performance and health of layers. Hen producers need to know the impact of various environmental factors on the performance of layers and create an ideal breeding environment, coupled with the scientific management to obtain higher economic benefits. This paper takes the rearing environment of Indoor layers for research contents of the sheds in the environment parameters and data management system.The environmental factors in sheds are temperature and humidity, harmful gases, dust, wind speed, light and so on. If relying on manual Sampling, or holding apparatus to be measured, only obtain environment of constant data can not understand the continuous changing environment in a period of time, frequent instrument of the move will also make the measurement inaccurate data, and When the measurements of the sheds will cause the stress response of laying hen flocks, which affects their normal work and rest rules. Nowadays, ZigBee technology has gradually mature with the rapid development, which attracts more and more attentions in the front edge technology.ZigBee is a new kind of wireless communication technology within short-range, it has the typical features of low data rate, low-cost and high security, and it is particularly suitable for the fields of industrial network monitoring, environment monitoring, home automation and so on. the advantage is pretty obvious in the application of data collection and transmission Therefore, the paper based on the ZigBee protocol of environmental parameters system in sheds for study.The detection object contains temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, dust, wind speed and light. Through the cooperating of hardware and software, realize data detection and management. The system consists of a data acquisition circuit, constitute the hardware part of the ZigBee protocol wireless network, single chip and PC communications circuits, and user software written by Delphi. According to the specific requirements of the environmental parameters of the henhouse, select the appropriate sensors. Collection of nodes at the sensor output analog signal comes by ATmega16 microcontroller A / D conversion function is treated as a level signal via wireless RF chip CC2420 data in accordance with the ZigBee protocol transmitted to the coordinator node. Coordinator node microcontroller chip CC2420 receives data sent to a PC via the serial port. After PC-management software and SCM realizing normal communication, it can display and store real-time data, but also view or print historical data.The experimental results show that: the system is running stable and easy to handle with reliable data and provide technical support for the impact of environmental factors in the research sheds on the performance of layers.
