Design And Implementation Of Military Equipment Management Information System

The new military revolution based on informatization is happening all over the world,and a large number,variety,involving a wide range of new equipment allocate to troops,that adds a lot of data to the army equipment management and requires the innovation of equipment management theory and practice,equipment management is not only including the equipment purchasing order,use,storage,technical support,retired scrap and other activities,also including the equipment development forecasting,collection and feedback on the advantages and disadvantages of equipment,the management on the related staff,the management of work mode and flow.The traditional equipment management methods and means can not adapt to the current situation,the army must find information through innovative transformation of the way.To introduce information technology to army and equipment management,promote the management idea,management method,management mechanism and management of information,it fully realizes the informationization in the field of army equipment management.The purpose of this thesis is to study the informatization of army equipment management,optimize equipment collocation and deploymens from the global,guide the equipment improvement and development,improve efficiency,reduce costs.We design and implement the equipment management information system(MIS).The system adopts B/S architecture,server using CentOS operating system that is high efficient and good stabe,and the client runs under Windows environment,under which the user is simple to use.System uses the method of object-oriented software engineering design and development,code by the language such as Java,JSP,HTML and CSS,Tomcat as the WEB server,MySQL as the background database,realize the management of Fielding to equip our troops,the management of the related staff,daily office automation and WEB conferencing.The equipment management includes application,retirement,storage,ranking,Analysis of the spare parts,maintainer,finance,regular tasks and other functions,and is the core system function.Related personnel management includes permissions(position)management,support capability analysis,and other functions.Daily work includes sending and receiving documents,send and receive files,network video conferencing,etc.
