Nowadays, with the rapid development of electronic, networking office assistant, how to make good use of technology to the daily work has already become the most often project of computer industry. It has the meaning of improving efficiency and reducing asset losses of human management, by using computer network aided management about Television Service equipment.This thesis mainly studies how to apply the technology of the computer and network to the management of equipment in TV. At first, this thesis describes the development status of TV business equipment integrated management system. Then it introduces the key technology of equipment management system based on Web, and then it shows the system design plan from the system frame, topology, logical structure, by analysing function demand and case to design system function module, using entity classes of functional module to design the database structure, and then design a charging terminal connecting hardware diagram and logic sequence diagram, finally, according to the system platform, the core function module, database implementation and hardware charging terminal segment , respectively describes the specific implementation method.At last, the thesis narrated the system’s developing and working platform, researched and analysed the design mentality and implementation method of kenel function modules with the pattern of listing event-action table, and wrote down the implementation process of database function and implementation process of billing-terminal functions.The system chiefly achieved functions such as ID card billing of using the latter part of equipment, and the through registration of the early part of equipment, managing staff authority, remote online reservation apparatus and approval, querying the status about using equipment, data statistics and report generation...
