The force equipment maintenance support work runs through whole service process of the equipment, which involves assembling, use, maintain, repair and so on. Each link of the equipment maintenance is concerned with a wide range of departments and different types of business personnel. Within every link, different departments or business personnel need to cooperate with each other and share the information to conduct the equipment maintenance support work successfully. With the increasing number and scale of some equipment in the force, the changing of departments and business personnel, the increasing number of force equipment maintenance support information, the problems such as the systemic not strong, weak overall, continuity interrupt, appeared in the process of force equipment maintenance support information management. Therefore, the force needs a system for equipment maintenance support information management not only in order to achieve the information management overall, rapid query and thereby, but also in order to reduce the workload of information management.The design and implementation of Force Equipment Maintenance Support System includes requirement analysis, system design, programming, testing, and operation maintenance. By means of the research for equipment maintenance support portion work, get demand and use B/S architecture to design the system. The system development mainly includes the front application program as well as the backstage database of the establishment and maintenance. Both of these aspects use the Java EE platform combined with the open source framework technology Spring as the interface development tool, and use the server middleware Tomcat and Mysql as the database management. The function of the system includes user management, equipment basic information management, equipment usage management, equipment maintenance management, equipment repair management, equipment parts and components management, equipment failure retrieval, electronic record modules and so on, which can satisfy the information management needs of the force equipment maintenance support work in each link.In the system, the system administrator inputs basic equipment information into the system as the basis information management for the force equipment, the departments or personnel which related to the use, maintenance and repair of equipment only need to register for the information according to the division of their tasks; meanwhile, the system provides equipment failure retrieval, maintenance personnel can conveniently query maintenance records, which provides information support for the equipment maintenance; in addition, the system will automatically set up an electronic resume for each equipment, the system users can comprehensively and intuitively obtain the comprehensive information of each equipment through the retrieval, which can realize the all-the-way tracking of force equipment information. The personnel in all aspects of equipment maintenance support not only can manage the information optimistically, standardization and systematically, but also can improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance support information management by using the system.
