With the rapid development of Internet technology,in recent years,the card market has also increased dramatically.With the development of trade globalization,the globalization of financial card transactions means that the system is also facing a global threat.If appropriate countermeasures are not taken,it may be subject to attacks from different parts of the world at any time.On the other hand,because of the high returns from high investment(development tools,time,etc.),criminal gangs will attack at all costs.Thus,the security of financial equipment is facing severe design challenges.PCI is an important payment products company jointly founded by the industry's payment card industry security standards committee(PCI SSC)-including the United States Express,JCB,MasterCard and Visa-designed to regulate the safety standards of the entire industry.PCI certification is built in the PED VISA certification on top of the latest,the most senior certification.PCI PED 2.0 safety standards is the world's highest level of financial equipment safety certification standards.This paper summarizes the performance indicators of handheld financial terminals,and the design ideas around the relevant indicators,and select a rich peripheral interface of the financial security microprocessors as the main processor(CPU)to build the system framework,rather than using more Chip or non-financial dedicated processor design,reducing the complexity of the design and improve the safety of the design for the equipment in time to win certification through the time.The research process of this topic mainly includes two aspects:Firstly,the detailed design of the hardware schematic diagram is completed.Secondly,in the physical security design,as a professional financial chip,physical anti-tamper module is its core.The product structure,PCB safety design,display module safety design and protective cover are also included.All the mechanical parts,PCB and display module are customized products.Compared to the previous product using a single protective cover design,we have designed a double inner and outer protective cover,which makes the product more secure and reliable.The association design of the four partsis innovative,and is also the key aspects described.At present,this handheld financial equipment has been tested and been given the PCI PED 2.0 certification by the Australian laboratory.It is proved in practice that the design scheme and implementation process discussed in this paper based on PCI PED 2.0 are feasible.
