Traditional fixed video business has been difficult to meet people's information diversity diverse. China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting (CMMB) network, with our own intellectual property rights, is established and perfected, the system uses satellites and ground added to the forward combination of technical systems, radio band for the U band (1.55G-3.4GHz) and S-band (470MHz-860MHz). Currently, CMMB network has more than 300 cities in the country covered and open services, related development of the industry chain is also in full swing, while the CMMB mobile reception terminal is core elements of the industry chain, not only suitable for modern pace of life, but becoming a important way, which transfer information timely and effectively, its development is concerned by community.This article design a low-power hand-hold mobile TV terminal, with support CMMB standard, can receive CMMB encryption programs, audio, video and data information to achieve the reception and play. The main content of this thesis is as follows:(1) Describes the overall design of the terminal hardware, detailed analysis of the system module hardware design and SH7343 control the entire system functions, including RF front-end circuit and baseband circuits. CMMB receiver antenna and the device selection of receiving module, in circuit designing by adding impedance matching circuitry, power control and other strategies to ensure the system's low power consumption; baseband processing circuit is focused on analyzing the sound video processing unit, storage unit, the external interface circuit, CAS program and the circuit design and power management unit, described detailly the chip module selection, the specific circuit design and power control strategies.(2) Using Cadence and SI8000, design PCB of the terminal and signal integrity simulation. Detailed analysis of the stacked design, impedance control, placement, routing, etc., highlighting the RF front-end PCB design, and using IBIS model with high-speed circuit-based reflection, crosstalk and other signal integrity simulation, improve and optimize the PCB design, to ensure system stability and the success rate of investment board, and finally complete six layers PCB designing.(3)Debugging,functional testing and performance analysis of this terminal.Including hardware debugging, power testing, and in laboratory environment and receiving the air signal system, functional testing and performance analysis. The tests show that the design of the CMMB hand-hold TV devices power and receiver sensitivity of he main frequency are to achieve the expected goal, the CMMB broadcasting area, the terminal can automatically search for channels, the correct analysis programs list, smooth playback TV programs, in still and moving state, no searching fails, playing interrupted or Mosaic.This CMMB mobile hand-hold TV terminals,which I participate in designing, realize a channel search, program analysis, and CAS receiving. Its playback performance is good, and may be a reference for the other terminal with the CMMB function development.
