Design And Implementation Of Interview Management System Based On J2EE

This thesis is based on the database of job interview from the Personnel Testing Authorities of Chengdu,in order to design an Interview Integrated Management System to push the informatization with job interview of drawing lots,scoring and statistics.The Interview Integrated Management System is in purpose of meeting the needs of interviewing civil servants and institutions.Using information technology means saving a lot of time and manpower,it will also give the public the signal that the interview is open,just and fair.At the beginning of this paper,it reviews the background of the development of interviewing Chengdu civil servants and institutions,targets the practical problems,then putts forward feasibility report to implement the interview work of the IT system.The Interview Integrated Management System is meeting the marketing demands,basing on J2 EE to develop and release information,using the Linux system as the operation system for server,and the database is designed by DM.At the mean while JAVA,JSP,Hibernate,Spring and Tomcat are also used in establishing the Interview Integrated Management System.During the case of con-structuring the system,I strictly follow the standards of software engineering,supervise and control the whole process,and design a convenient interactions for clients use.The practice results show that the subsystem of Interview Integrated Management System completes the setting of various parameters,the lottery subsystem completes the random drawing of the examiners and examinees,the score system completes the on-site scoring of the examiners,and the counting system is accurate and timely.On the conclusion,this system fully achieve the designed requirements and objectives of interview from the Personnel Testing for civil servants and institutions election.
