Research On Project Quality Management Of Intelligent Traffic Control Software

Nowadays,the rapid development of information technology,all kinds of software are numerous,customers also gradually improve the quality requirements for the software product,which will undoubtedly increase the difficulty of software development and management,development mode and traditional test methods have been unable to meet the changing needs of customers,emergence of agile development mode,improve the ability of software users to adapt to changes in the development process,promote the agile development model: the role of people,flexible,timely communication,effective rectification,allow change,fast delivery.In this paper,based on the concept of project quality management,the research and application of software project quality management,the theory of software quality management,basic concepts of agile development methods,and mainstream practice of agile development mode,in order to improve the software quality management system,according to the problems in software quality management in the process of city intelligent traffic control software project and,use the basic theory of software quality management,the software project quality management to do a comprehensive and in-depth study,through research,put forward a good solution to optimize the software quality management model according to the characteristics of the agile software project.The author in the study,mainly completed the following work.Firstly,analysis of the current situation of research on software quality management at home and abroad,summarized a large number of domestic and foreign research results;secondly,do a lot of research on agile development model,the focus of analysis to do for the agile development mode of management theory,compare agile development model with the traditional development model,analyzes its advantages and innovation.Again,an overview of the situation of the city intelligent traffic control software project,analyzes the current situation and problems of quality management in agile development method intelligent traffic control software and the agile development process.The research based on the analysis,according to the quality planning,control,measurement assurance,corresponding improvement methods are put forward in four aspects,according to the corresponding improvement program,software quality management mode optimization optimization in intelligent traffic control software agile development mode.Finally,according to the optimization of the software quality management system,given the specific implementation of the program,and used in the actual project,to check the feasibility of the program is...
