It is imperative for Liangshan mobile branch company to improve the terminal operation and management ability.Based on the complexity of Liangshan Mobile terminal project, in this paper, this paper uses of project scope management related theory and technology, focus on project scope planning. The work from the analysis of project implementation background, construction goal and principle, to the planning of the project scope management processes, and the analysis and application of project scope management related theory play a good foundation for Liangshan Mobile terminal project implementation.Finally, this paper analyses the review and change management of Liangshan mobile range planning results, and the corrective and optimization work. This work has a good effect in practice.Through effective project planning and controlling of mobile terminal project, it could improve the efficiency of time, capital and human resources in project implementation, and ensure project progress carried out in an orderly manner according to the project scope plan.
