Research On Construction Projects Of Sales Logistics System

SG is a large state-owned iron and steel enterprises. As the product structure and industrial layout adjustment, has formed a production pattern of Beijing, Qianan and Qinhuangdao. This thesis is on the study of how to plan and design logistics system which is important in iron and steel sales. The main research work of this paper is reflected as follows:Firstly, It is analysed from three aspects, such as the state,the sale logistics system and existed problems,and explicits the existed problems of the sale logistics system, based on recounting the modern logistics management theory and modern project management theory.Via the analysis,it is found that operation execution and team construction and customer control has many problems.Secondly, By the analsis of the current situation and problems existed in SG company sales logistics system, it is grasped that the SG company’s sales logistics system, the situation and the existing reality and problems need to be solved. Thirdly,puting forward the company’s sales SG logistics system design project, mainly including SG company sales logistics system project requirement analysis,system construction project design sales logistics, distribution logistics system flow design and sales logistics system implementation plan, etc. Finally on sales of constructing logistics system implementation schedule made the plan, the effect after the implementation of the project on the evaluation.
