Design And Implementation Of The Office Automation Management System For A Small Enterprise

In recent years,the office automation management system is based on science and technology,entered into a new era,in support of the most advanced science and technology,the improvement of office automation management system,capable of handling the business is more and more strong.With the office automation management system function strengthens unceasingly,more and more with large enterprises of the office automation management needs,they also need to pay a higher cost,but for small businesses,they need to be low cost,function module with the office automation system of small business requirements.Based on this situation,the difference strategy guided by the market,this paper design and can meet the needs of small enterprise office automation management of enterprise information,enterprise performance,staff and other modules.In this paper,PHP,MySQL,on the basis of phpMyAdmin technology,constructed a small business one of the most popular B/S structure of the office automation system.The system page architecture using the HTML framework to achieve the set,while using CSS to control the style of the page,through a combination of PHP and JavaScript to realize the function of each module.And in the process of realization of function,the related data is stored into MySQL database.With office automation management system of small enterprise the low cost,short development cycle,the advantages of functional use,not only to meet the needs of small businesses,but also provides a good sample for the system software development for such software market.
