Design And Development Of An Enterprise Office Automation System

In recently years,with the rapid development of computer network technology and its extensive application in enterprise management,network information system has become the core tool to increase the efficiency of enterprise management and lower the cost.Traditional corporate electronic office system has the problems such as its scatter in the collection of information,the absence of timeliness,the low speed in collecting information and the problem of inaccuracy,etc.Combining the advantages of information management system and office automation system,this thesis succeeds in designing and achieving an office automation based on the frame of SSH(Spring,Spring MVC,Hibernate),which employs workflow technology and authority management model as one,thus achieving the functions of external information dissemination,Internal information management and workflow management in an enterprise.The main research contents of this thesis includes:Firstly,realizing the demand analysis of the office automation system.Aiming at the problems existing in the application of the electronic office system,intensive and comprehensive investigation in the working process and the working material among all departments,the extensive research in the development status of office automation system,accomplishing the functional and nonfunctional requirements of all departments in an enterprise.Secondly,achieving the integrated and the module design of the system.Based on the system requirements and hierarchical structure of the frame of SSH,it designs the overall structure and module division of the system,thus forming the module design of the whole system which is consisted of eight system modules and eight system auxiliary function.Thirdly,accomplishing the design of system database.According to the analysis of system requirements and the data-flow design of all modules,it applies E-R chart and accomplishes the conceptual model design of system database,it also makes the MySQL database system realize and test the database,achieving the accomplishment of the system.Finally,achieving the accomplishment of the system by applying Java and SSH.The frame of achieving the whole system is SSH,to realize the goal by using Java and Eclipse,it adopted the application server of Tomcat.As for the front end design,it adopted the tools like Dreamweaver and Photoshop and so on.The system adopted the design philosophy ofobject-oriented,for it has very good expand ability and can adapt the ever-changing business requirements of different users,thus is easy for its subsequent updates of the system.As a result,it has achieved the management of streamline business by introducing the workflow technology and using proper access control method,thus realizing the proper scientific authority management of all levels of users.At present,the system has already been put into service.Actual test and computational results indicate that the design of the system is reasonable,and it can meet the actual demand of different users,among which most of them have shown positive response to the system.
