People are using the traditional manual way to manage the file and other information, the record the carrier is the paper over time. This management mode is inefficient, the error rate is high, the query is difficult, and the security is low. As the time goes by, it will produce a lot of documents and information, when people query the time and effort is high. It is difficult to maintain and collate the data and statistics, and the workload is huge. The system is designed for Shangrao Normal University. The teaching and research facilities are more perfect, the school has a digital campus network. In recent years, the school strengthens the internal management, and promotes the reform in order to further improve the office conditions. In order to promote the construction of school information, the leaders decided to develop office automation system to further improve the efficiency and management of the school’s Office. Schools seek support for the parties to create the conditions to move forward actively. Therefore, the construction of the school’s office automation system has became a problem to solve urgently in Shangrao Normal College. It can promote the information construction, fully play the role of campus network, and realize the coordination office.The design of this paper is an office automation system of Shangrao Normal University, the framework of the system is the SSH framework, the structure is B/S, the development technology is JSP.Firstly, this paper studies the background and significance of office automation system in colleges and universities. Current situation of domestic and foreign of are investigated. Then the detail design of the business requirement is introduced. The the module is of the system is divided. The performance of the system is analyzed from the practical, advanced, salable, maintainability and security. According to the requirement analysis, the overall framework of the system is designed. After the overall framework has been determined, the key database of the system is designed, and the class diagram and sequence diagram of the system are designed in detail. After the completion of designing, it is the specific implementation of the system, this paper describes the key implementation of the system interface and business processes. Finally, the office system is tested. Through black box testing and white box testing, the system meets the expected requirements.At present, the system has been put into use in Shangrao Normal University. It has good user feedback.This system improves existing office level and quality is through network technology. It relies on advanced modern network communication technology. The information resources are shared through computer. The users can uses meeting management, document management, schedule management, communication record management. The system can time-saving, convenient and quick. It makes a lot of departments to work together and greatly improve the working efficiency, reduce the cost of manpower and material resources, so as to realize the scientific and standardized management of the school. |
