Design And Implementation Of The Office Automation Management System

Office automation management system has been developed for many years, which has become a lot of enterprises and institutions to choose the most information management system. Fuzhou City Land Resources Bureau is the main responsibility of the management of mining rights, land, astraddle, land use rights, geological disaster prevention and control of geological environment, the current market is not yet able to find an automated software to meet the functional area of the board of management functions of the integrated application. Faced with this situation, this paper designed and implemented the functional modules, such as personnel information management, audit management, personal planning management, mine right information management, land information management, cultivated land information management, astraddle information management, land survey information management, land use information management, undeveloped land information management, geological environment information management, opinion information management and other functions to meet the requirements of office automation management system, which improve the efficiency of the office staff.In this paper, we use B/S structure to develop a combination of PHP and MYSQL to develop an office automation management system which can meet the requirements of this bureau.The system uses the framework set to achieve the construction of the system, with the combination of HTML and CSS to achieve the control system of the page style, the simultaneous use of PHP code and MYSQL database development portfolio to achieve the information management function module check Tim excision and the import and export function. All in all, this system not only meets the requirements of the office of information management and improve the office efficiency, but also provides a good example for the system software.
