Design And Implementation Of Teachers Management System Of A Private College

With the development of science and technology,many problems in our daily life and work can be effectively treated by modern means,one of which is the management of college teachers.The workload of traditional teacher management is very large,and it takes a lot of labor.After long time,it will produce a large number of documents and data,which has brought a lot of difficulties for the searching,updating and maintenance.Using computer to manage teachers has incomparable advantages(such as quick searching,convenient foundation,high reliability,large storage capacity,good confidentiality,long life,low cost)than manual management.These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of teacher managment,it is also an important condition of scientific and standardized management for the college.A good teacher management system not only can provide comprehensive and accurate datainformation of related teachers of the college,but also improve the efficiency of the management work in colleges.At first,based on developing teacher management system of a private college,this paper introduces the background and significance of system development,and analyzes the present situation of the domestic and abroad research.Then the SERVER SQL 2012,ASP.NET and MVC modes used in the system development are discussed.After that,it analyzes the business of teacher management from seven aspects,such as teacher's profile,teacher recruitment,teacher training and so on.On this basis,the functional requirements of the system module and the non-functional requirements module are designed.Four tier architecture of B/S mode are used,and the functional modules are analyzed in detail by using the use case diagram and package diagram respectively.The database design is described using the entity ER diagram and the data table.In the system implementation,the realization of the functional module is analyzed by usingflow chart,and the implementation interface and some key codes are given.Finally,the test cases are designed and used to test the system.Implementation of teacher management system of the college is conducive to the realization of the intelligent management of teacher.It effectively solves the problem of manual management of teachers,and will make the teacher management in a new level.
