| With the ongoing reform and progress of Xichang College's educational management, our teacher management work also needs improvement, but our previous"Teacher Information Management System of Xichang College"falls short of this requirement. Meanwhile, after our previous teacher information management system operating for three years, the defects in its design and the flaws in its programming operation were also exposed gradually, and this has brought many inconveniences to our teacher management work. In order to achieve the goal of a systematic, standardized and automatic management of teachers, and a more scientific and reasonable management of our teacher information, the author, as a member of Xichang College teacher management sector, by combining our actual management practice, has reanalyzed and upgraded the previous"Teacher Information Management System of Xichang College".This paper introduced the background and the significance of this project, and the goals and functions current foreign and domestic teacher information management systems have achieved. It analyzed in detail the defects and flaws with statistical chart, user rights setup, application function and other aspects of the previous"Teacher Information Management System of Xichang College". Based on the reality of Xichang College's teacher management work, we made a thorough analysis of the system's needs and the project's practicability, set an overall goal for this system, and redesigned the architecture and the modules of the teacher management system.The B/S model was adopted in the designing of this new system, Microsoft's IIS was used for the WebServer, and installation of NET Framework 3.5 was required. For database system the Microsoft Sql Server 2005 was adopted, and for developing tools the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 was utilized; and C# was the developing language. In the development, ORM technology and data exchange were used, and, combined with our experience in software project application, the Object-Oriented (OO) analyzing methods and the Component Object Model (COM) techniques were adopted. The functions of the previous system were extended, user rights management was optimized, and 11 management functions, including basic information, profession archives, experiment statistics, invited teachers'management, outlay statistics, payment calculation, teaching research management, further education management, statistics query, and system management were designed.In the development of this system, model selection of the development techniques was accomplished, core techniques for the system realization were analyzed, security problems the current B/S system faces were studied, and justified solutions were proposed.Finally, effective and reasonable trial schemes and cases were contrived. |
