The Design And Implementation Of Si Chuan Province Safety Production Industry Teacher Management System Of Master Thesis

Currently, Sichuan province’s work safety training developed rapidly and the security training network has been formed. Sichuan province has already qualified 188 safety training institutions, providing strong support for the safety training of all kinds of employees. In 2011, the number of province’s total trained staffs was more than 700,000, which provided storng intelligence personnel for improving the situation of production safety. In the satety training, the quality of teachers and teacher education levels directly affect the safety traning level and effect of the majority of employees. Therefore, strengthening and improving the safety management of training teachers is particularly important.The aim of this work is to standardize the management of the province safety trainer, and develop a online management system based on B/S mode. By usign the cost-efficient means of paperless office and network management to solve the exist problems in the current management of safety teachers, to provide training information dissemination and training resource sharing, and to provide the necessary interface.This system is based on the ASP.NET technology and SQLSERVER2005 database schema, and set up a multi-tiered software system based on B/S model. A variety of comprehensive data seraching and statistics fucntions during the safety teacher training make the satety training more normal and scientific. This system is mainly to achieve the management of common module system, including the authority to verify the system log, announcements of public information management, password changes, and query information, and other functions; realized within the scope of training of the innings of jurisdiction import and export and internal personnel agencies, as well as information management and teacher training institutions, the institution belongs to the exchange of information; achieve a management training institutions, including the management of the institution teachers and information import and export functions; realized the teacher’s management, such as add teacher information, delete, update and other operations. This system is the first to system configuration management, such as user management and rights management, teachers’ information management, analysis, query structure, SMS group sending, and other functions.The system functions can meet the different categories of personnel management system requirements at different levels, and can achieve dynamic management of safety training teachers, management of training institutions, while achieving a comprehensive data and information within the province as well as statistical analysis and inquiry notice the release of information and audit functions.
