The Design And Implementation Of The Teacher's Archives Management System Based On .NET

Recently, with the deep development of teaching reform, the teaching and scientific research of the teachers increase continuously and large numbers of their archival information is generated at the same time. Teachers archival information describes teachers'information in education, teaching, research and other activities comprehensively systemicly; reflects the teachers'profession, professional orientation, job performance, teaching level, academic ability, awards and evaluation and recognition for teachers and other basic conditions; shows their work achievements; reflects individual operational capacity and academic level; and also reflects the overall quality of teachers and schools capability. The traditional framework of the teacher file management system can no longer meet the needs of a modern records management. Therefore, we must study the new architecture and use new technologies to achieve the development of new requirements for Teachers File Management System.With the deep development of education teaching reform in higher schools, the continued popularity of computer technology in university teaching management, unified management of teacher's professional file information and effective use of its data become a new demand. The systemst is designed just for solving this problem. After detailed investigation of the teacher file management work, starting from the needs analysis, the paper used Rational Unified Process (RUP) as software development methodology, used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) analysis system, combined with the popular architectural patterns and development techniques , and used the design and profile of the three-tier architecture, a combination of C / S structure and the B / S structure. Teachers file management system is a unified organization and management for self-education, education and teaching, scientific research achievements and provides relevant information for school administrators and policy makers to sum up the teachers'work of research and teaching. At the same time, it provides services for teachers to organize and access their personal profile information. At present, there are some already management systems for teachers, but they are relatively old and can not adapt to the application of modern teaching management. Moreover, and the development ideas and construction of platform are backward. It can not meet the needs of teachers file management work. Therefore, I decide to set up a project in the unit and be in charge of specific research and development, combining actual demand and file management structure in my unit.The system realizes taking. NET as software development platform, C # as a programming language, using excellent design ideas and design techniques as a guide.
