In the choice of developmental methodology, a life cycle method combined with waterfall model is applied together with C Language, ASP and NET developing tools with their respective designing models. The paper looks into five main stages including systems research, systems analysis, system study, system design and system implementation. As for specific designing, the paper, adopting Evolutionary Prototyping, introduces the system from the system analysis, system designing, system realization and other several aspects.
