The process industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and social development and dominates the national economy.This article focuses on the status quo of the process industry,especially the informatization system of the petrochemical industry with low intelligence,and the fact that the performance of the control system cannot be effectively monitored in real time.The controller performance monitoring and evaluation index system has been studied,and the PID control has been developed.Performance monitoring evaluation and parameter optimization software.At present,the use of PID controllers still dominates the process industry.The evaluation and monitoring of control system performance can identify and diagnose problems in the system in a timely manner.Optimizing the parameters of the controller with poor control performance can improve its control quality,and it is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the device and enhance the level of intelligence.Therefore,more and more researchers and engineers pay more attention to the research on monitoring,evaluation and optimization of PID controller performance.This paper studies the minimum variance control theory and uses this theory as a benchmark to use FCOR(Filtering and subsequent correlation)algorithm to calculate the controller's performance index in real time and monitor the controller's performance in real time;Then according to the deterministic index and the robustness index,the PID controller performance is evaluated in all directions.Firstly,the effectiveness of the method was verified by experiments.Then the algorithm was applied to the performance monitoring of the conventional control loop of the ethylene cracking furnace.The results show that the controller performance index based on the minimum variance can characterize the control performance of the PID controller.In this paper,the principle of the PID controller and the method of parameter tuning are studied.The PID parameter tuning using the intelligent optimization algorithm has the characteristics of rapid and accurate.Biogeographic optimization algorithm has outstanding performance due to its efficient optimization mechanism,but there is a lack of search power in the later period.This paper has improved the biogeographic optimization algorithm.The improved biogeographic optimization algorithm excels in the optimization of PID controller parameters,improves the efficiency of PID controller parameter tuning,shortens the time,and improves the control quality.When the controller performance monitoring system finds that the controller performance index is lower than the expected value,an improved biogeographic optimization algorithm can be used to optimize the parameters of the PID controller in time,and the experimental results are significant.This article has developed controller performance monitoring evaluation and optimization software,and achieved remarkable results in practical applications.In the framework of Microsoft MFC,this paper uses C++language to acquire real-time data of industrial process based on OPC(OLE Process Control)technology,uses the minimum variance benchmark to monitor the performance of the controller in real-time for the performance index,and integrates the historical data to comprehensively analyze the circuit.Evaluation.When the controller performance degrades,the system gives an alarm and uses the improved biogeographic optimization algorithm to optimize the controller parameters.In order to achieve closed-loop auto-tuning PID controller.The system performs well in the application and verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the method...
