The anti-jamming capability of radar is highly demanded in modern warfare. How to evaluate radar ECCM effects correctly is the basis of specific applications such as radar and electronic warfare dynamic process of the computer simulation, force planning, equipment demonstration and so on. Therefore, it has become an urgent issue for radar development staff and radar user to evaluate radar ECCM effects properly, objectively and easily. In this dissertation, a research is performed about the index set and methods of evaluation on effects of radar ECCM. The main work of this dissertation is as follows:1. The representative rules and indexes of evaluation on effects of radar ECCM are analyzed, then the advantages and disadvantages of these rules and indexes are indicated.2. The influence factors of radar ECCM performance are analyzed, and the index set which has better maturity is constructed accordingly.3. Based on RS, PCA and Isomap, three attribute-reduction methods are discussed respectively in order to keep the index set independent. The simulations about these attribute-reduction methods are conducted. The conclusion that all the three methods have good effects on removing redundancy of the index set can be achieved from the simulation results. For these three attribute-reduction methods, Isomap and PCA are applied to the quantitative evaluation, while rough set theory is applied to the qualitative evaluation.4. Two evaluation methods on the effects of radar ECCM which are based on fuzzy AHP and SVM are analyzed, respectively. The anti-jamming capability of seven foreign radars is evaluated with these two methods. The simulation results show that these two methods can be effective on the anti-jamming performance evaluation of radar.
