The Design And Implementation Of Film And Television Productionschedule Management System Based On B/S Mode

With the rapid popularization of computer technology and office electronization,more and more fields rely on application systems,which is developed by computer programming technology in order to keep pace with the times and work more conveniently.The field of producting films is one of them.As the government vigorously supports cultural industries and people's need of high-quality film products increases rapidly,the number of film production has increased explosively.Under the circumstances, most film corporations,especially those small and medium enterprises who are weaker,seem powerless when dealing with coordination and administration problems appearing in the investing and producing process.Using computer technology to aid manual labor could resolve the difficulty of coordination and administration during the producing process.In the meantime,film corporations can also save part of the human resources and production costs, and can control and manage the production process and crew information more precisely and efficiently.These advantages are innovatively instructive for methods of film and television production,and they make computer technology better assisting long-term development of film companies and production of film and television possible.With the combination of computer expertise obtained during the postgraduate period and working experience in the field of film production, the author has developed this film and television production schedule management system based on ASP.NET technology(hereinafter referred to as the film system). This paper describes the design and implementation of each module's function of the video system. Users of this film system are set to film and television production companies.There are four departments: Office, Finance Department, Copyright Department and HR Department.The masterstroke is the division and collab oration between different departments in every stage of film producing,from project establishment to film distribution. And this system coordinate these departments to accomplish the production and distribution of films.Filmography production process includes the following steps: project audit, raising funds, filming and post-production. According to the required functions involved in actual work,such as information storage,inserting information,deleting information,changing information, information query and real-time message alerts reminding, this system has designed and implemented the following functional modules and their respective sub-modules: Project Management module,including film project establishment sub-module, film and television program schedule management sub-module, film and television distribution management sub-module; Personnel Management module, including company personnel management sub-module, signed personnel management sub-module and other personnel management sub-module; Copyright Management module; Financial Management module, including account statement management sub-module and budget management sub-module.This film system has many advantages,such as being in accordance with the knowledge of film producing, perfect functions and practicality. Considering cost and practicality, the system uses B / S structure and ASP technology, and it uses JQUERY + AJAX technology to optimize the interaction of the entire system,which is popular nowadays. In terms of safety, the SQLSERVER2008R2 database engine is used in system data management,because of its security and stability.
