At present,Video broadcast software on the market is generally based on network resources,It can't upload its own resources to share the video on the phone and the computer,It does not share resources among friends.the resource sharing model that does not meet the current mobile Internet conditions,In this dissertation,the mobile film and television resource management system is designed and developed by the two major systems of mobile phone and desktop,Create your own cyberspace through the web,It can build own cyberspace through the Internet It can upload its own video,and can add registered users as friends,and share video resources with friends,It achieves the goal of sharing video resources online by managing its video resources anywhere and anytime.The research and design of the mobile film and television resource management system based on the Android platform,The database is MySQL platform.The dissertation is based on the analysis of users and users of system administrators.in the dissertation the application demand of users on mobile phone and desktop is analyzied.the function model of user management,my film and TV management,video management desktop management,video sharing management and copyright management is established by the use case diagram.The non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed.On the basis of analysis,the overall structure design of the system is described.The overall structure is based on the server and the client.User management,my film and TV management,the management of the desktop management and the copyright management operations are designed in detail,In the dissertation,the database model of the system is designed,and several typical database table structures are described.On the basis of system design,the User management,my fihm and TV management,video management desktop management,video sharing management and copyright management functionsare realizedAfter testing,it shows that the operation of the system is stable,the expected goal of functional and performance design is achieved,and the application requirements of ordinary users and system administrators are realized.The system can be popularized and applied among ordinary mobile phone users and professional film and television practitioners.
