For a long time,radio and television transmitting stations are Mostly in remote mountains.Life is very inconvenient.Water for daily life is a difficult problem.Pulling the water from the under of mountain waste manpower and material resource.It is inconvenient and unsafe. Lack of water seriously restrict the development of the radio and television mountain station.With the rapid development of society, the quality and security of water supply and the requirements for water supply systems are continuously improved.Using the advanced communications technology and automatic control technology and software technology to design water supply systems of high-performance, energy-saving and environmental protection.The water supply systems adapting to complex environments of modern radio and television mountain station, become a top priority and trends.This papers study on water requirements of 706 station in Inner Mongolia News Publishing and Broadcasting Administration. The water supply systems consist of PLC,frequency device,sensor,water pumps, computer and communications module.The intelligent water and remote monitoring system has automatic constant pressure run,workers frequency run,remote control,manual control and site manual control function. It has variety auxiliary function and protection function.The design of intelligent water supply system is divided into two parts,one is the choice of hardware devices and the other is software design and imple mentation. Main hardware devices consist of signal detecting device, liquid level controllers, electric control system and inverter.These devices work together to form a complete water supply system.In the process of software design, analyze the demand for the water system of mountain station. According to the actual demand of the mountain station,intelligent water systems should satisfy the land management,customer information management,historical data management,liquid level detection management, system management, maintenance management and report management of functional requirement.According to these requirements the intelligent water system was designed to realize the practical application of the functional modules. Finally test concluded that intelligent water systems can meet the actual needs of the mountain station, effective protection to the water supply of the mountain station and improve water management. The system fully integrated the actual situation of the radio and television stations. The design is easonable, shorter construction time, low cost, safe and reliable. It is a good water supply systems for protection of the radio and television broadcasting and transmission security.The water supply systems provides a good example. It has a very good application value.
